The fastest way to reach us is by email. We respond to all reader inquiries within a week, most within 48 hours. Please send messages to:

(We obfuscate the address in plain text to slow scraping. Replace [at] with @ and [dot] with a period. If you cannot figure that out we probably cannot help you with your fishing questions either.)
What we answer
- Factual corrections to articles - always welcome
- Tips on conditions we have missed
- Questions about hatches, techniques, or river access
- Reader stories that might inform our coverage
- Requests to license a small amount of editorial content (paid, non-exclusive)
What we will not respond to
- Sponsored content offers
- Guest post pitches from content marketing firms
- Paid backlink offers
- "Link exchange" proposals of any kind
- AI-generated press releases or product launches
- Requests to "share my article" with our audience
If you are reporting a serious safety issue
If you have specific information about a dangerous condition on the river - a downed tree across a popular wade lane, an unmarked hazard at a put-in, a closed access road - send the information directly. We will verify and publish it as a notice on the fishing reports page so that other anglers see it before their next trip.
